Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:
1. The item must be in it's original packaging.
2. The item must be not be damaged, modified, framed, or altered in any way. In other words, I must be able to re-sell it.
3. A return authorization must be obtained before shipping the item back. This can be obtained by either e-mail or phone. Go to the Contact Info page for more information.
4. The customer pays the return freight. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the item is packaged in a way that will prevent damage in shipping.
5. There is a restocking fee of $5.00
6. If the return is within 60 days of purchase, you may receive a refund, or a credit for the purchase amount, less freight and restocking fees.
7. After 60 days, you will only receive a credit for the purchase amount, less the freight and restocking fee.
8. Custom orders are not returnable.
