Don Browning is the sole owner of the information collected on photoscenicart.com. This sites collect information at several different points on the site.
Mailing List Registration: Users of photoscenicart.com have the option of signing up for the photoscenicart.com mailing list. During registration, a user gives contact information. They are also given the option to "opt in" to two different uses for the contact information. This information is used to notify the user of future art shows in their area where Don Browning will be exhibiting, to notify the user when new photographs are added to the web site, or both.
Ordering: I request information from the user on my order forms. A user must provide contact information (such as name, shipping address, phone number and e-mail address). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill the customer's orders. If necessary, the information is also used to contact the user. Orders are processed securely using PayPal. I do not receive any credit card information, only shipping and contact information and whether or not the order has been paid.

Users are given the choice to opt-in to 2 different notification services when they register for our mailing list. Should the user change their mind at a future date, they may unsubscribe by sending an e-mail to Don Browning stating their desire to opt-out.
